All international orders are shipped via DHL. Once an order is processed, shipping typically takes between 4-10 days. Orders over $350 may take an additional 2 business days to process in order to obtain proper customs clearances.

DHL International Shipping requires a signature upon delivery, so please choose an address which will have somebody available to sign during business hours.

*PLEASE NOTE* International orders may be liable for a customs and duty charge on entry into your country. USA and Zambia have a trade agreement and you should not be charged additional any additional duty, however from time to time packages are held at customs. This is completely out of our control and is your liability. You will be contacted directly by the courier company should any fees be payable and your order will only be delivered once the fees are paid. You will never be charged for shipping directly from the courier company.

Kindly note that if you do not accept and pay for the import fees payable, the courier company will return your shipment back to us and upon receipt we will issue you a refund LESS the COST OF SHIPPING to reach you and be returned to us (note this is likely to be more than USD $100).
